KOWZ RETURN TO ELECTRONIZE ME AND UNLEASH NEW MASSIVE SINGLE " AKUMA"

 

The announcement of their new track was indeed a huge sensation! We were all waiting for it with great excitement particularly since the release few months ago of their tremendous Extinction EP in collaboration with daryl Di Kar, dropped on one of the greatest french label Electronyze Me.  A massive EP of an exceptional quality. 

The remarkable French producers duo KOWZ is establishing itself on the heavy bass music scene with their unique signature and powerful sound. They constantly bring it to the next level, pushing all the limits and transcending the barriers. KOWZ are definitely artists who stand out from the crowd bringing something original and unique to their music.  

Innovative, very creative, and versatile producers, their style is rich and varied combining classical and orchestral elements along with percussive and agressive tones. They keep evolving their sound and impressing with the high quality of their music. Two artists with an immense and limitless talent  we must reckon with on the bass music scene. 

The pandemic has had a devastating effect on the world and on the music scene in general, but KOWZ kept working very hard and relentlessly to develop and explore new sounds. After working on many projects, they return to Electronyze Me with a brand new song, unleashing the incredible and huge track Akuma which means 'demons' in japanese. This tune is the sequel of the Extinction EP with the tracks Pandemia and Obscurity, setting the pandemic that is affecting us all. 

Akuma depicts the terrible situation and the serious consequences we are  going through due to the pandemic, consuming the world in all sectors. With this tune, KOWZ insist on the deprivation of freedom and the feeling of helplessness to overcome the virus not to mention the effects on the mental health. The song expresses various feelings and what they generate in everyday life, ranging from anger, confusion, frustration, despair to a feeling of hope of returning to a normal life. The producers explain that the lack of freedom has brought back the devil part deep inside us, and we 're wondering when getting back to normal. 

Very powerful track with so much intensity! Heavy basslines, forceful tones along with orchestral elements.
